7. Pastor’s overview of the decade.
A new direction and many changes have been made since Father Brady’s death. In Father Kevin Koch’s nine months in the Parish, most of Vatican II has begun. Father Daley continues with women lectors (special ministers of the Eucharist.) A finance committee was formed and the Parish Council reconstituted. It has been a slow process, but from 1993 to 2000, all Vatican II requirements and suggestions along with those of the Diocese have been implemented.
