Monthly Meetings on the Third Tuesday of each month

On Tuesday, September 20, we will have a PTO meeting. We are requiring that all new parents attend a mandatory pre-meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. At 7:00 p.m. we will begin our regular PTO meeting. Our topic is on Bully Prevention. I hope we will have some valuable information on how to stop bullying behavior and ways in which children can stand up to a bully. We will conduct a short business meeting first. Please plan on attending.

The general purpose of this extremely important group within the St. Anthony Tri-Parish School community is to promote the interests of our school under the direction of the principal. The specific aims of the P.T.O. are to build a community spirit among the parents and to promote the educational and spiritual climate of St. Anthony Tri-Parish School. The P.T.O. raises the necessary funds to supplement the rising costs of Catholic school tuition, general school fees and numerous other educational needs. In a special way, the P.T.O. assists the principal in expressing the needs and concerns of our school to the general parent community. The P.T.O. also provides numerous cultural, social, spiritual, educational and recreational events for the school community. Due to the heroic efforts of the P.T.O., St. Anthony Tri-Parish School is able to continue to offer affordable education to all Catholic children in Casper.

PIP HOURS

St. Anthony Tri-Parish School is able to provide an excellent, challenging education due to the involvement and participation of our parents.  Catholic schools depend upon parents to supplement their tuition with active service.  As members of the St. Anthony Tri-Parish School community, PIP hours are a crucial aspect of the educational enterprise.  We are only able to keep the tuition affordable due to our parents generously giving of their time and their talent to our school.  PIP Hours may be fulfilled in many different ways.  Examples:  supervising playground, crossing guard duty, lunchroom helper, field trip driver, fundraising, PTO meetings, office helper.

St. Anthony Tri-Parish School asks parents to give their time and their talent for 20 hours throughout the year.  Each PIP Hour is worth $10.00 to the school.  Your PIP Hours are a form of tuition payment.  Parents may “opt out” of their PIP Hours requirements by paying an additional $200.00 per year.  Parents are asked to fill out a quarterly form indicating how they have served the school community with their PIP Hours requirement.  In the event you do not reach your required PIP hours, your family will be billed for the balance.  It is the responsibility of each family to deliver to the school office a written statement of PIP Hours.  In the event the school office does not receive your written statement, it will be assumed that your family did not meet its requirements.  PIP Hours is seen as a serious moral obligation on the part of our parents to the school.
